GAB Neumann manufactures yet another SiC shell and tube heat exchanger with DN500

With a nominal diameter of 500mm, this recently completed silicon carbide shell and tube heat exchanger is one of the largest in its series. With a tube length of 2.5m, the apparatus has an exchange surface of 28.1m² and weighs a proud 1800kg. It will soon be delivered to a major German chemical company.

GAB Neumann is able to manufacture SiC shell and tube heat exchangers up to a tube length of 4.5m, a nominal diameter of 500mm and an exchange area of 65.5m².
